Woodland Homes of Huntsville, Inc. loves Realtors. The majority of the homes we sell are through our outstanding relationships with local Realtors. When you sell a home at Woodland Homes it is our goal to make it easy on you. In order for an agent to be included in a sale and paid as an agent of the buyer you must be present at the initial meeting with a Woodland Real Estate onsite agent. This will allow the onsite agent to register to you as their Realtor.

Woodland Homes pays a 3% commission on all sales unless otherwise stated in writing.
