Purchaser will need to pay $300.00 for each additional color.
- Purchaser to select Chair Rail in their choice of 2 of the
following rooms: Dining Room, Breakfast Room, Foyer. Purchaser
to select a Decorative Ceiling Package in their choice of 2 of
the following rooms: Living Room/Study, Dining Room or Master
Bedroom.
- Purchasers may select their own light fixtures through InLine
Lighting with a lighting allowance not to exceed $.70 per square
foot, heated and cooled for lights. Ceiling fans are included
in this allowance. If Purchaser chooses to purchase additional
ceiling fans with the $.70 allowance, there will be an additional
charge for wiring, blocking and installation.
- If items have not already been installed in a home under construction,
purchaser may be able to make certain selections.
- Specifications may change slightly due to differences in plans,
subcontractors and suppliers.
- Customer can select from chrome, brass or nickel. If customer
selects nickel plumbing fixtures, there will be an additional
charge for nickel hardware and a nickel shower doorframe.
- If a homeowner wants to upgrade to a dual fuel or 12-seer system,
either system is an $850 option.
Purchaser will make selections through our in-house professional
Interior Decorator, Lisa Miller. Selections made in our Design Center
are provided by Woodland Homes single source suppliers.
Periodically specifications are updated, refined or modified for
clarification. Specifications are date sensitive and you will be
provided with the most current specifications at the time you purchase
your new home.
